Mikayla Nogueira has an update about her personal life.

The beauty influencer shared that she and husband Cody Hawken are getting a divorce after two years of marriage, explaining that the estranged couple’s split is “amicable.”

“Cody and I love each other so much,” Mikayla told her fans in a Feb. 12 video. “We would do literally anything for each other.”

Yet, they ultimately decided to end their relationship last year.

“I’ve spent the last few months processing this,” she shared, “a lot of crying, a lot of talking to family, friends, therapy, everything you can think of to get to a place where I can make this video. Now I heal.”

As to the reason for the separation? The 27-year-old noted she wouldn’t “be sharing any details whatsoever as to why” she and Cody broke up, saying that she wants to protect him.

“Cody deserves that,” Mikayla continued. “We both want to heal. Cody deserves to be happy. So do I.”

The Point of View Beauty founder also assured her fans that despite any speculation they might hear about why she and Cody were getting a divorce, no one would know the actual reason, saying, “The only people that know why Cody and I made this decision is Cody and I.”

And in her effort to protect Cody—who she had gone Instagram official with in 2021—Mikayla asked that her fans not to focus on Cody’s past struggles with addiction, which included a 45-day stay in a rehab facility in 2025.

“If you can please leave that out of the conversation,” she said. “They are two separate things. It is hard enough as it is to be an addict and to struggle to stay sober.”

“You guys rooted for my relationship and my marriage so hard and I appreciate it so much,” Mikayla added. “Cody and I are both terrified. We're entering a completely new chapter of our lives—an unexpected chapter—and we're embracing it. And even if it's terrifying, it's exciting too.”

The social media personality assured fans that she was “still going to show up every day” and continue creating her regular content.

Since their July 2023 marriage, Mikayla had been candid about the difficulties they faced, detailing the steps they had taken to keep their romance alive.

“Cody and I are going to marriage counseling,” she shared on TikTok in June, “not because we're getting a divorce. It's just nice to go to marriage counseling when you go through a very traumatic, stressful situation together. It helps.”

Though the pair hadn’t confirmed their marriage after getting engaged in September 2025, the Bloody Valentine star's husband filed for divorce on Jan. 22, according to documents obtained by multiple outlets. That same day, Jaime revealed that she was "blindsided" by the investor's decision to abruptly end their marriage.

“I was completely blindsided by the divorce filing, which came out of nowhere,” the actress told Page Six in a statement published Jan. 22. “I was with Austin the night before it became public, and while like many marriages we had normal challenges, I genuinely believed we were working on our relationship.”

Jaime—who shares kids James and Leo with ex Kyle Newman—further shut down any suggestion of infidelity as a cause for the breakup, adding, “Any recent interactions being referenced publicly were strictly professional business meetings and have no connection to this private matter.”
