The undefeated lightweight champion Gervonta “Tank” Davis is back in the ring this weekend, putting his WBC title on the line against WBA Super Featherweight World Champion Lamont Roach Jr. The East Coast natives face off Saturday at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.

As one of the most dominant boxers of his generation, Davis is an easy favorite in tonight’s fight. The moneyline is currently -2000 against +1040 (FanDuel).
Despite being a heavy underdog, Roach isn’t out of this fight. The Washington D.C. fighter boasts an impressive 25-1 record and a slight height advantage over Tank. He’s held the WBA super featherweight title since 2023, when he took it from Héctor Luis García by split decision. Since then, he’s had just one fight, beating Feargal McCrory by TKO in June of 2024.
Davis’ last fight was also back in June, when he racked up a 28th career knockout against Frank Martin to retain the WBA lightweight title.
