Gypsy Rose Blanchard Gives Postpartum Update After Welcoming First Child With Boyfriend Ken Urker
Gypsy Rose Blanchard's baby girl is less likely to pull on Mom's hair now.
The 33-year-old debuted a short bob haircut March 8, more than two months after giving birth to her and fiancé Ken Urker's first child, daughter Aurora Urker.
"New year, new mom, new haircut," the Gypsy Rose: Life After Lockup star wrote on Instagram, alongside pics of her chin-length 'do, "new me."
This marks the shortest haircut that Gypsy, who previously sported a lob hairstyle, has ever showcased since she was released from prison in December 2023 after serving time for her role in the 2015 murder of her mom Clauddine "Dee Dee" Blanchard, who she had accused of abuse.
Gypsy, who also shared a video of her hair transformation on TikTok, has changed her look several times over the past year. Last spring, she sported a blonde hairstyle for about a month and also underwent a rhinoplasty, or nose job.
In addition to closeup shots of her new haircut, Gypsy also posted a mirror selfie of herself sporting her bob while carrying Aurora in an Ergobaby baby carrier. She captioned the Instagram post, "#momlife." Gypsy also shared a video of the two on TikTok.
"We are going to the grocery store," she said, before showing footage from their trip.

Her daughter's face is not shown in the posts. Urker and Gypsy, who joined social media after her prison release and has since drawn more than 10 million followers, are adamant about maintaining Aurora's privacy.
"We have a child to protect and are trying to navigate our choices of parenthood on top of the stress of the public eye," Gypsy told E! News' Will Marfuggi in a recent joint interview with her fiancé. "For example, for the first few weeks after she was born, the public was trying to get a photo of her by any means. We are not posting her face on social media. We said that a long time ago."
The reality star does, however, document her pregnancy journey with Aurora on season two of Gypsy Rose: Life After Lockup, which debuts on Lifetime March 10.
