Emily Osment is officially moving on to her next chapter.

Days after filing for divorce from Jack Anthony, the Hannah Montana alum has reached a divorce settlement with her estranged husband, according to documents obtained by TMZ March 10

And while the details of their agreement are confidential, per the docs, both Osment and the musician—whose real name is Jack Farina—gave up their rights to seek spousal support, the outlet reported.

E! News reached out to reps for Osment and Anthony for comment but has not heard back.

Osment, 32, filed for divorce from Anthony, 42, on March 7 following just five months of marriage. The Young & Hungry actress cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split in the petition and listed the pair's separation date as Dec. 7, which was less than two months after their October 2024 wedding, according to documents obtained by TMZ at the time.

Additionally, the filing reportedly stated that Osment and Anthony had signed a prenup leading up to their nuptials.

Prior to their breakup, the couple—who first went public with their romance in 2021—kept their relationship mostly out of the public eye. However, Osment did provide insight into why she said "yes" when Anthony popped the big question back in 2023.

“I did not know life could be this sweet," she wrote on Instagram at the time, alongside a photo of her flashing her diamond engagement ring. "I am so proud of the life we have built together and the people we have become over the last few years."

Describing their love as "so big and so uniquely ours," the actress continued, "I know it can do anything."

"I am so honored to stand next to you every day," Osment added. "I love you, Jack.”
