2024 Celebrity Breakups: Jennifer Lopez & Ben Affleck, Megan Fox & MGK and More Shocking Splits!

Nobody's perfect, and Emily Osment has lived and she's learned it.

The Hannah Montana alum filed for divorce from her husband Jack Anthony—whose real name is Jack Farina—five months after the couple tied the knot, according to documents obtained by TMZ March 7.

In the filing, Osment cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split and listed the pair's date of separation as Dec. 7, which was less than two months after their October 2024 wedding, per the outlet.

Additionally, the docs noted that Osment, 32, and Anthony, 42, signed a prenup prior to tying the knot and don't share any children together, according to TMZ.

Osment went public with her relationship with Anthony in 2021. Two years later, the Young & Hungry star announced that she and the singer-songwriter got engaged, describing her reaction to the proposal as "deliriously happy."

"I did not know life could be this sweet,” Osment wrote in an Instagram post at the time, alongside a photo of her showing off her diamond ring. “I am so proud of the life we have built together and the people we have become over the last few years."

The Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage actress went on to provide insight into why she said yes to the big question.

"This love is so big and so uniquely ours and I know it can do anything," Osment continued. "I am so honored to stand next to you every day. I love you, Jack.”

Less than a year later, the couple privately married, and Osment's older brother Haley Joel Osment stood beside her at the altar as a groomsmen.

“It was really cute,” the Young Sheldon actress recalled of her brother's role in the ceremony during an October appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show. “I loved being able to sort of have him support me in that way, to support both of us in that way. He just nailed it.”

And while Osment and Anthony kept their love story mostly out of the spotlight, Osment was never shy about highlighting the reasons her romance with the musician was so special. Case in point: She had nothing but sweet words to say about him when ringing in his 40th birthday.

"He walks into each day with kindness and silliness and a lust for life,” Osment wrote on Instagram in 2023. “We should all be a little more like him. Send him love today for he is pure magic. I love you!”
